| Sandi McKenzie and Chris Cass met with the residents on January 26th to provide an update on the construction. There were 113 workers at the site on the 26th. The East Wing temperature is now at 55 degrees, the West Wing 44 degrees. Sheet rocking on the second floor of East Wing has begun and taping will start on the 27th which is why the temperature is set higher in that part of the building. 75% of the windows have been installed. Vinyl siding has begun on the North side of the building. 13 roof top AC and heating units were placed on the East Wing last week and the crane will be back next week to install units on the West Wing. |
